‘How do I order?’
When you are ready to confirm your booking, simply give us a call or e-mail and we can book in the date for your function. Call 01 671 7972 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Booking needs to be done as soon as possible to secure your date and to make sure we are available on that day. Once an order is booked in, we will send you an e-mail outlining the confirmed booking and detailing everything agreed such as times etc.
‘When do I need to finalise numbers?’
Final numbers are to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date.
‘What if I need to cancel my booking?’
Hot Food: Cancellation is required 7 days before event date. Cold Food: Cancellation is required 2 days before event date. Due to the nature of our business, we must charge our customers the full cost of any order that is not cancelled within the required time.
‘What are your payment terms?’
Account Customers: Payment is due 15 days after month end. Non Account Customers: 25% deposit is required 7 days before the event and the balance is required on the day of the event.
‘What happens if there are Breakages?’
Any breakages or missing equipment will be charged to the customer, at replacement cost to Taste Catering.
